Do I need an appointment to bring my bike in?

No! You can bring your bike in any time. We perform service on a first-come, first-serve basis. Prioirty scheduling is given to Diamond Cycle Preferred Cutomers (see above). Appointments are encouraged for Custom Fittings & Car Rack Installation.

How long will my bike take to be completed ?

This all depends on the type of service being performed. Generally, a Standard Tune Up can be completed in 2-3 days. In the Spring & summer months, this time will increase as everyone gets their bikes ready for the Season. All Service wait times can be affected by Special Order parts. Going away or need your bike in a hurry? We also offer a Guaranteed Next Day Service.

There's practically nothing we CAN"T do! We offer a Complete Service Department and expeirenced mechanics that will get you and your bike where you want to go. We also specialize in Custom Wheel Building, Suspension Service and Custom Bike Building. Whether you need a flat tire fixed or a race rig tweaked for your next triathalon, we strive to meet and exceed your expectations. A full Service Menu is available to "take out" in our Service Department.
